Covid-19 Pandemic impact cost is Rp 405,1 Trillion. Perpu 1 st year’s 2020 about State Finance Policy and Monetary System for the Pandemic treatment of Covid-19 increase in expendiand 2020 finance of Covid-19.
- Rp 75 Trillion for health
- Rp 110 Trillion for social protection
- Rp 70.1 Trillion for incentive taxes and stimulus KUR
- Rp 150 Trillion for national economic recovery program

The information sector is located at UMKM. UMKM role in Indonesia is:
- UMKM has a larbor rate of about 97% of the national workforce.
- UMKM will contribute to gross domestic production (GDP) by around 57% (2015), 60,34% (2018).
- Providing safety nets is primarily for low-income communities to run productive economic activities.

Pandemic effect:
- The tourist sector: the shutdown of all tourist attraction and amuse parks.
- Manufacturing sector: declining production of goods, public consumption plummeting, imports of raw materials dwindling.
- Economic sector: slowing economic growth, growing government spending, growing investment growth will be slowed down.
- Food sector: declining agricultural prices, the lessening of pandemics, the constraitism of agriculture due to social restrictions.
- Social sector: social actions stand, PSBB action, online school or system college.
- Transport sector: shut down all airports, docks, stations, and terminals.

The solution to society’s relief from the burden of this pandemic of Covid-19 with an ingenious work included:
- Peddlers, surround yourself with the items needed today: toothpaste, toothbrushes, scythe, sanitation and so on. You can replace Indomaret and Alfamarat.
- In the city, start planting vegetables or betel plants, or whatever. Don’t grow flowers.
- Who sells vegetables stop hesitating. Start a vegetable shop in a new way that fits into the virus age. Mothers don’t want to go to the market anymore, it’s time for you to be the market.
- Farmers, start to grow fruits and vegetables. Like tomato and crab.
- The hotel owners, change. Make your hotel which lonely as an isolation zone. You can guarantee his sterility. You train hotel employees with new procedure.
- The waitress are joined together. Make room for foot, vegetables and other diets. Make company in every sector living. Now you’re entrepreneurs: there’s teams that cook, there’s teams that post on Instagram and there’s teams deliver food.
